Insurance

Add this optional Accidental Damage Protection Waiver to your order. If your garment is accidentally damaged, your liability for covered damage will be limited to 50% of the item's retail price instead of the full replacement cost.


This protection applies to accidental damage occurring during the agreed rental period, such as accidental staining, small tears, or zipper issues arising through normal wear. It does not cover loss, theft, non-return of the item, or damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional acts, or use outside the agreed rental period.


Where accidental damage is repairable or cleanable, Rent Robe may arrange professional cleaning or repair and charge the renter the reasonable cost of the cleaning or repair required to restore the garment. The 50% liability limit applies where a garment requires replacement due to covered accidental damage and does not mean that professional cleaning or repair costs are waived.


Rent Robe reserves the right to assess the nature and extent of any damage and determine whether it falls within the scope of Accidental Damage Protection. If the protection is not purchased, the renter remains fully liable for all damage, loss, or non-return in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

DESCRIPTION

The Demi Set is crafted from a premium scuba knit fabrication, offering a structured feel with a smooth finish.

The strapless bandeau top features a clean, straight neckline with double lining for added coverage and support. Long fringing falls from the waist to the hip, creating movement and a statement finish.

The low-rise maxi skirt is designed to skim the body and fall to a full-length hem. An inbuilt elastic waistband provides a secure and comfortable fit.

The model is 167cm tall and wears a size XS/S.

GARMENT CARE

To keep your rental garments in pristine condition, take care when wearing jewellery or bags, as these can snag the fabric. Please do NOT use any fashion tape as this will damage the garment, instead you may use clutch glue. Avoid applying makeup while dressed to prevent permanent stains, and consider drinking clear beverages to reduce the risk of marks from coloured drinks.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is an additional $17, which includes overnight courier service and a prepaid return bag via NZ Post.

All garments must be returned by 4 p.m. the next working day (Monday–Friday) at a NZ Post shop counter - drop boxes are not permitted. Late returns will incur fees. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

FAQS

When do I need to return by garment?​​ All rentals must be returned by 4 p.m. to a NZ Post Shop on the following working day after your event. For weekend rentals, this is Monday.

What happens if I damage an item?​ We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged. Depending on the extent of the damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply, which will be communicated before any charges are made.

Are there late fees?​ Yes - late returns or items returned via drop boxes incur a $20 per day fee.
