GARMENT CARE

To keep your rental garments in pristine condition, take care when wearing jewellery or bags, as these can snag the fabric. Avoid applying makeup while dressed to prevent permanent stains, and consider drinking clear beverages to reduce the risk of marks from coloured drinks.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is an additional $17, which includes overnight courier service and a prepaid return bag via NZ Post.

All garments must be returned by 4 p.m. the next working day (Monday–Friday) at a NZ Post shop counter - drop boxes are not permitted. Late returns will incur fees. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

FAQS

When do I need to return by garment?​​ All rentals must be returned by 4 p.m. to a NZ Post Shop on the following working day after your event. For weekend rentals, this is Monday.

What happens if I damage an item?​ We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged. Depending on the extent of the damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply, which will be communicated before any charges are made.

Are there late fees?​ Yes - late returns or items returned via drop boxes incur a $20 per day fee.
