Add this optional Accidental Damage Protection Waiver to your order. If your garment is accidentally damaged, you’ll only be charged 50% of the item’s retail price instead of the full replacement cost.
This protection covers accidental damage only, such as minor stains, small tears, or zipper issues occurring through normal wear, but does not cover loss, theft, non-return of the item, or damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional acts, or use outside the agreed rental period. If the item is damaged but repairable, Rent Robe may arrange professional cleaning or repair and charge only the reasonable cost of repair. Rent Robe reserves the right to assess the nature and extent of any damage and determine whether it falls within the scope of Accidental Damage Protection, and if this protection is not purchased, the renter remains fully liable for all damage, loss, or non-return in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

To keep your rental garments in pristine condition, take care when wearing jewellery or bags, as these can snag the fabric. Avoid applying makeup while dressed to prevent permanent stains, and consider drinking clear beverages to reduce the risk of marks from coloured drinks.

Shipping is an additional $17, which includes overnight courier service and a prepaid return bag via NZ Post.
All garments must be returned by 4 p.m. the next working day (Monday–Friday) at a NZ Post shop counter - drop boxes are not permitted. Late returns will incur fees. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

FAQS
When do I need to return by garment? All rentals must be returned by 4 p.m. to a NZ Post Shop on the following working day after your event. For weekend rentals, this is Monday.
What happens if I damage an item? We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged. Depending on the extent of the damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply, which will be communicated before any charges are made.
Are there late fees? Yes - late returns or items returned via drop boxes incur a $20 per day fee.
