The garment must be returned the next working day, scanned at a NZ Post counter by 4:00pm. Late returns will incur a $20 per day fee until the item is received.

Any noticeable wear further than a try-on, or damage while the garment is in your possession will be charged accordingly, including full-price rental, cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
